Dick Van Dyke – $6.5 Million
Legendary actor Dick Van Dyke is well recognized for his performances in films like Mary Poppins and Bye Bye Birdie. He used to own a lovely mansion in Encino, California, which was about 12,015 square feet. The three-bedroom house has a cinema, a swimming pool, a spa, and a wine cellar.
As of today, Van Dyke doesn’t own it anymore. Its latest owners bought it for $6.5 million back in 2016. Van Dyke isn’t going to retire from acting yet even if he’s 94, and he reportedly has an upcoming movie titled Capture the Flag.
