Dirk Nowitzki – $5.75 Million

Shortly after retiring from the NBA, Dirk Nowitzki, worth around $140 million, bought out this historical house in Dallas’s Preston Hollow. The home was listed for $8.25 million in 2018, but he only bought it for $5.75 million. It was built on a Colonial-style in 1939 and is considered a landmark.

It’s sitting on approximately 2.5 acres of land while boasting an interior of 11,394 square feet. It features a greenhouse and indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, a guest house, a five-car garage, and even a tennis court. Dirk was playing for the Dallas Mavericks from 1998 until 2019.
