Alan Jackson – $28 Million

Back in the ‘90s, once Alan and Denise Jackson started having children, Alan sought to find the perfect place to see his daughters grow up. He wound up purchasing 135 acres of land in Franklin, Tennessee and started building them a house. Almost two years later, in 1997, this gigantic 18,622-square-foot mansion was constructed.

The house has three floors. The second one alone has four bedrooms in it, and a gym whereas the third boasts a movie theater, a games room, and a pub! Once his daughters were of age, Alan sold the house for $28 million, in 2010, at around the same time he released Freight Train.
