Actor, singer, and songwriter Jared Leto—who, at 53, seems to be defying the aging process—reportedly sold his $2-million Hollywood Hills mansion, netting a $400,000 profit. Leto originally purchased the investment property in 2006 for $1.6 million and chose to sell it to move just five miles down the road to a new home in nearly the same area. According to floor plans, the property features four bedrooms—including one with a spacious walk-in closet—a recording studio, and two kitchens.
Leto’s creativity has fueled a successful career in both music, as a member of the band “30 Seconds to Mars,” and in acting, with a long list of movies and TV credits to his name.
